Fees are based on Appraiser’s estimate of time and effort, not appraised value. Graduated fees reflect the relative complexity of the appraisal assignment.
** Limited-Scope reports are prepared using a Limited Appraisal – Summary Report format as defined by the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice. These reports are typically used for portfolio type loans (e.g. Home Equity). Specialized computer software allows completion of Limited-Scope reports within a few hours. Payment terms for existing accounts is net 30. A late fee of $20/month will be assessed on delinquent invoices.
